The 1st Annual Health, Fitness and MMA Expo festivities will start at 8 am. This will include an assortment of exhibitors centralized around health, fitness and MMA along with special guest appearances. Throughout the day, there will be gi/no gi submission grappling tournament with prizes. We are also holding a Tae Kwon Do tournament. Tournaments will come to a close at 5 pm. Doors will reopen at 6:30 pm for the night of live cage fights. Fights scheduled to start at 7:30 pm.
