The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Commission are deeply indebted to the Oregon State Exposition Center Blue Ribbon Panel. The group convened in the second quarter of 2009 to discuss the operation’s strategic direction, and volunteered their considerable business, management and enterprise development acumen to the discussion.
